junior sales manager
Job description
The Junior Sales Manager, working within the Sales Department, will collaborate in managing eXtrapola�s client and partner portfolio, in procuring new customers and in extending its network of business partners. Sales activities will cover the whole range of eXtrapola services.
The ability to identify new business opportunities is essential. Ideally candidates will have previous experience in sales and communication. Female applicants are particularly welcome.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Internet, associated technologies and main online surfing and communication tools.
Ability to handle complex negotiations and to draw up projects and detailed economic proposals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and a spirit of initiative.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Willing to travel on short business trips within Italy.
A degree, preferably in economics or related subject. Aged between 25 and 30 years.
Good knowledge of English.
Ability to work as part of a grop.
netclipper
Job description
The Netclipper is a new profession that has emerged over the years with the success of eXtrapola. He/she is an online media expert with a keen interest in communication and technology that puts his/her skills at the service of a company specialising in producing and delivering review services to its clients.
The Netclipper should be able to analyse any topic, however complex, that a client wishes to monitor. On the basis of this analysis he/she will then map the relevant online resources and apply the most suitable methodological monitoring, maintenance and selection practices.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of online media and Internet technologies.
Broad general culture, curiosity, analytical capabilities and a passion for technology.
Excellent knowledge of at least 2 of the following languages: Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
University qualifications preferred.
Ability to work as part of a group.
Aged between 20 and 30 years.
Residency: Romagna or Marche regions.
junior software engineer
Responsibilities
Development of applications for the acquisition, processing and memorisation of extensive quantities of non-structured information. The ideal candidate will be able to apply wide-ranging skills and knowledge to the creation of new, effective and reliable solutions to problems and will be ready to expand his/her abilities and competences in the process.
Requirements
Excellent capacity to resolve problems independently and autonomously.
Initiative and ability to work as part of a collaborative, highly skilled and closely-knit team.
Familiarity with object-oriented development paradigms plus development experience with Unix systems and in particular with Web interface applications.
Residency: in Emilia-Romagna
system administrator
Responsibilities
The job involves managing, monitoring, planning and implementing the system infrastructure of eXtrapola, the dynamic and rapidly evolving nature of which provides stimulating challenges on a daily basis.
The System Administrator will be part of a highly qualified and particularly collaborative team co-ordinated directly by the Technology Manager. He / she will work in close contact with the development group to ensure the perfect integration of new applications into the production environment.
Requirements
Experience in managing networks, firewalls and server applications in Linux/Unix, Solaris and Mac OS X environments.
Knowledge of Perl, Php and other systematic-related tools.
Good level of English.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Residency: Emilia-Romagna region.

The ideal candidate will be able to contribute, on the basis of his / her own experience, to the growth of the research and development group, playing an active role in all activities. Application of a wide spectrum of skills and knowledge in the creation of new, effective and reliable solutions to problems, and a willingness to expand his / her personal abilities and competences in the process.
Requirements
Excellent capacity to resolve problems independently and autonomously.
Initiative and charisma to take on a key role in a collaborative, highly skilled and closely-knit team.
Excellent development capacity with object-oriented languages and development experience with Unix systems and in particular with Web interface applications.
Advanced understanding of issues relating to the development of applications with access to substantial relational databases; experience with object-relational mapping frameworks would be a distinct advantage.
Good knowledge of English.
